Braintree Youth Project Charity (BYPC) is a youth centre, for young people aged 11-18. We work in and around Braintree, Essex, with young people from all backgrounds and circumstances, offering a safe place for them to meet, grow and flourish. We have safe premises for young people to meet, which are staffed by volunteers who care about them.

BYPC values and welcomes young people, treating them with respect and offering opportunities for enjoyment, challenge and development; regardless of their gender, race, creed, ability or circumstance. We believe that, irrespective of race, gender, creed, sexuality or circumstance, whether church-goers or not, every human being is made in the image of God and loved. For this reason, we provide facilities, friendship and opportunities, so that all of the young people with whom we come into contact can have a chance to make the most out of their life and opportunities.

Every person is of value and every person should know that they are valued, respected and loved. When home and life are challenging for young people, no matter how difficult their challenges might be, BYPC offer positive, grace filled care and support.
